Provides guidelines, a range of tools and career development options for ongoing career planning.
The career planning toolkit contains detailed guidelines and accompanying templates to support each step in the Career and Life Planning Process. The toolkit can serve as a “stand alone” produce used by itself to update plans or in concert with our career development training to support follow up planning and serve as an ongoing resource for access to best practices. The structure of the toolkit follows the process outlined below with each step comprising a chapter with key principles, exercises, and templates for documenting outcomes, including an integrated career plan encompassing a specified career purpose, clear personal criteria, and goals with timelines, outcomes and required supports and resources.
